The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
During my stay, I encountered some issues that made the experience less enjoyable. the occasional short-lasting noises in the middle of the night were quite disruptive, leaving me feeling restless. Additionally, the lack of an elevator proved to be very inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage to my room.

I booked a stay with my family to explore the historic Casco Viejo area and experience its charm. The spacious suite felt like our own little home, with two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, which was perfect for us. I loved having a full kitchen to whip up breakfast before our day of sightseeing. Plus, being so close to plazas and various attractions like Independence Square made it easy to immerse ourselves in the local culture.

The rooftop view was unforgettable
Waking up in a spacious suite with abundant natural light was a dream! The staff went above and beyond, arranging our airport transfer smoothly and suggesting fantastic local spots. The kitchen was perfect for brewing fresh coffee and preparing meals. Plus, the location was ideal for strolling through the vibrant streets of Casco Viejo.
The only downside was the occasional live music from nearby restaurants, which could be a bit loud in the evenings. Additionally, the absence of an elevator made lugging our bags up a bit cumbersome, but it was manageable.

the occasional noises in the night were so charming, if you enjoy insomnia! I expected a room upgrade but instead got a cramped, basic suite. also, if you have mobility issues, forget this place—no elevator! I almost gave a glowing review, but the lack of class pushed me over the edge.
